Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 1–3 weeks for processing and shipping depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email once your piece has been shipped.

Please note that each piece is sealed with oil pastel spray fixative but thicker pastel sections still may transfer. 

Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Photograph the outside of the packaging, showing any damage.
2. Photograph the artwork itself, clearly showing the damage.
3. Send the photos to magdalenajane.art@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
4. Please don't attempt to repair the damage — leave everything as-is, as this helps with the resolution process.

Lost Artwork
If your order doesn't arrive or appears lost in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

Care & Maintenance
Oil pastels on paper are best kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat or moisture. If you'd like advice on framing or displaying your piece, feel free to reach out — we're always happy to help.
