Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions — we're happy to share additional photos, dimensions, or details to help you feel confident in your choice.

Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Photograph the outside of the packaging, showing any damage.
2. Photograph the artwork itself, clearly showing the damage.
3. Send the photos to magdalenajane.art@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
4. Please don't attempt to repair the damage — leave everything as-is, as this helps with the resolution process.

Lost Artwork
If your order doesn't arrive or appears lost in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

Colour Variations
We do our best to photograph each piece accurately, but please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. This is worth keeping in mind when selecting a piece, as variations in colour from screen to real life are not grounds for a return.

Care & Maintenance
Oil pastels on paper are best kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat or moisture. If you'd like advice on framing or displaying your piece, feel free to reach out — we're always happy to help.

Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of a piece does not transfer reproduction rights. Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without explicit written permission.
